I am pursuing Masters of Business Information Systems in Business Analysis from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne. I have 2 years and 2 months of Business Analytics experience with ZS Associates, Pune, India where I performed analytics and consulting for our U.S based top-notch pharma clients. My responsibilities there included raw sales data analysis in SAS and SQL, creating business reports in Excel and Tableau, reports automation by means of VBA, SAS and SQL. I also worked on targeting and call planning projects where we used to segment physician universe in U.S to identify most valuable physician targets and recommend number of calls to be given to these by the sales forces, for this we analysed lot of data including raw sales, doctor's responsiveness trend to sales rep, volume of patients diagnosed and treated, etc. The technologies I have expertise on include SAS, SQL, VBA, Excel, Access, Tableau, Power BI, Fuzzy match, PowerPoint, etc. I have also been responsible for training new associates in the team and conduct technology knowledge transfer sessions at firm level.
