I am currently working as a customer service representative at Sinclair Projects on a casual employment.
Previous domain experience in recruitment, training and development for a period of three years in India at a non profit organisation has helped in understanding my potential in leading a group of individuals. My current experience includes working at major metro stations and level crossing operations at important stations like Parliament, Caulfield, Glen Waverley, Westall as team lead has helped in enhancing some of my leadership skills.
Also, I got an opportunity to work with Victoria Polytechnic on one of their projects to implement a short term course in the ECEC space helped me learning some competent skills like effective time management, customer service and delivering quality solutions as a consultant.
