Our mission is to help people like yourself navigate their professional journeys and to do that we've created this beautiful app you're using right now. We've also created a number of services (such as Paddl Games) to support companies that are looking for talented people like you to join them.
The world of work is changing everyday and it's come a long way from when some of the tools out there were made to help you. At Paddl, we're creating brand new ways for companies and talented people to connect and that reflect the way the world works today.
What's the team like? The only way to have amazing global ideas, is to have an amazing global team and at Paddl that's exactly what you can expect. We have 13 staff from 8 different countries!
We also think it's sad that we still have to talk about diversity in this day and age (of course everyone should be equal!) but in any case, we're proud to have a 50/50 team of men and women.
Is it a nice place to work? Sure there are perks of working here like flexible hours, working from home, the best gear and foosball tournaments but make no mistake, we earn everyone of them with hard work and dedication.
Small businesses are tough places to work in general because 'if you don't do it, no one else will' but with our ambition as a company, you'll need to have extra hustle, initiative and attention to detail.
So why join us? When you see the work that you do everyday helps people find their feet in a fast moving world, find their first job, or make sense of their education, the rewards speak for themselves and working with some of Australia's top companies is pretty amazing too.
