I am an MBA graduate from Nepal and had an experience of 10 years working in IT outsourcing company- Grafioffshorenepal Pvt. Ltd. - an IT outsourcing company working on IT projects from Europe especially from Netherlands sales office.
In June 2017, I moved to Sydney to do my Masters in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University as I would like to pursue a better opportunity in the field of IT management.
Apart from administrative management responsibilities; I have worked in areas like developing new intranet and HRIS systems, updating company info in websites, Facebook and prepare company newsletters and post articles in blogs. I love doing organizing and admin stuff.
I like working with spreadsheets, preparing reports and presentations. Assisted my MD in such areas regularly earlier.
I started my career in Nepal as a web designer so I have hands-on experience in designing, image editing works and updating contents for websites.
Currently, I am working in Coles Supermarket, Broadway Street as Customer Service Team Member since September 2017. During these months, I have proven to deliver excellent customer service and exceeded the target sales of Coles red kite donation cards during Christmas.
