My name's Charlotte, I am a Creative Industries student that has had lots of previous experience in customer service, having been a sales rep, before going to university. I actively work on websites within my course and how to make them brighter and better, and am currently looking for part-time employment where I can improve my skills. In the future I hope to design firewall systems to prevent hackers and spam as well as develop and integrate virtual reality into our society.
