I studied Master of Actuarial Science at Melbourne University and received my degree last December. I am particularly wanting to work at a place for people who make a real difference by solving problems and powering possibilities for businesses and individuals.
I worked in AIA Taiwan as an Actuarial Specialist in which I was responsible for performing Prophet modelling to calculate policy liabilities on a monthly basis, reconciling the data used in monthly reports, and working with other senior analysts to maintain the actuarial models. I took away from this an ability to work in a team, strong Excel skills, and facing problems with a positive attitude.
