About Caroline
Currently pursuing my Masters in Human Resources, I am eager to work with an organization that will help me further develop my existing skills and, at the same time, give me the opportunity to gain new ones. I have done my Bachelor's in Business Management and have professional experience for over 2 years mainly in Customer Service and HR. I have previously worked with a construction company called Mulk Holdings in Ajman as an HR Administrator and am currently volunteering as a People & Culture Intern with The Lost Dogs' Home in Melbourne. I am proficient in MS Office and have experience with various airline softwares such as Sabre and Navitaire. These roles have taught me what is essential for me to be successful in an HR role. I believe being an efficient team player is of utmost importance. I am hardworking, determined and always ready to learn different things and expand my knowledge. My hobbies include dancing, reading and playing table tennis.
