Received and created reservations for VIP guests when they call in directly. Ensured smooth check-in/check-out procedures for executive guests. Be responsible for VIP room amenity set up Ordered and monitored special set-ups for birthdays, anniversaries, membership. Welcomed VIP guests and offering private in-room check-in Kept track of guests’ profile notes and recognising regular guests. In charge of managing the Executive Club Lounge during working shifts.

Processed administration tasks, document handling, and records storing.

September 2016 Wrote an article named ‘Conquering Fear’ to feature in Bachelor of Hospitality newsletter with other classmates regarding the Indoor Rock Climbing activity.
3rd July 2017 Represented Holmesglen to attend a conference held by the Council of International Students Australia (CISA) in Canberra.
29th November 2017 Represented Holmesglen to attend TEQSA Conference held by Australian Government – Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency.
23rd March 2018 Winner of Outstanding International Student award and finalist of Outstanding Higher Education Student award at Holmesglen Award Festival 2018.
