I am currently studying a Bachelor of Business, and majoring in Human Resource Management. I enjoy interacting with people on a professional level, which is why I have chosen a career in Human Resources as it will provide me this opportunity. Particularly I would like to be involved in Change Management and Development as I am very interested in literature surrounding changing company cultures and employees attitudes. Although, I would still also like to become proficient or accustomed with all facets of Human Resources, including Recruitment processes, Training and Employee Relations.
In five years time, I hope to be in a management position with a capable and strong team. I believe this can be achieved through self-development, hard work and working my way up to this position. Learning is a passion of mine and I hope to continually grow internally within Woolworths and external through my degree.
