I am Jaennette Rosales, currently studying Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) in RMIT University City Campus. I am an active choir member in our local church organisation, and some of my hobbies include: reading books, writing poetry, and blogging. I have been working in the field of retail sales and trade in a mobile accessory and repair shop at Highpoint Shopping Centre for over four years, where I have gained and improved most of my sales experience as well as customer service skills. I believe it is now time for me to expand on my knowledge and experience, and move onto a different field of industry where I can further advance my career and improve my skills.
