I have been employed as a part time tutor in an education centre, I have to face different customers during the day. For example, one of my main duties is to prepare learning materials for the student, which provide a customer service to the students and aid them to get a good result at school.
This duty requires customer service skills because preparation requires time and effort to meet the students and their parents’ needs. Hence, I am confident on providing a good support service to the customers.
Also, I am proficient in verbal Cantonese, Mandarin and English and written Chinese and English at the same time. I am also currently learning Korean and Japanese at the moment so i am confident on my multilingual and communication skills.
