I’m a fully qualified science/history teacher who has been living and working in the Mallee for last 27 years, and has participated extensively in the local community through my volunteer work with a range of clubs and institutions. I’ve currently returned to study (at Monash university) to reskill in an area I’m passionate about - nutrition. As a student I’m looking for flexible work that matches my current study commitments and allows me to connect to the new area of Shoreham that I have moved to live in, or is close to Monash University where I’ll be studying. My teaching experience includes both primary and secondary school teaching, private piano teaching, tutoring through the tertiary ITAS program and private secondary tutoring. Outside of teaching, my interests include swimming, walking and reading as well as a passion for fresh food preparation from paddock to plate. It is this last interest & my time spent in the food bowl of the north, that has led to my retraining in the area of nutrition.
