I am based in Elwood and have many years of experience working in the natural health/wellness industry as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Bowen Therapist, and Reiki Practitioner. My professional approach helps highlight my clients internal resources to them in a way that they can feel more empowered and accepting of lifes challenges.
