I mainly work in Social media management and work with business on a contract basis to bring their online presence to life. Communicating with customers about products and ensuring their satisfaction. I present items such as carpet samples; vinyl and astro turf in the store in a visually appealing manner to help attract people online. Furthermore I often neatly sort the online campaigns into categories which helped enhanced the appeal and drew more customers onto the page.

Consequently, as a contractor for Bay Carpet I have experience handling customer queries, organising appointments, and managing social media listings. Working under pressure is a specialty of mine and in many of my jobs there have been time constraints, quality control and process management, I am able to push through all these factors and really let my passion shine through.
