DPV Health is one of Victoria’s largest & most innovative community health services. As a part of the student intern team, I give support to DPV Health in one of its population health's project. My main responsibilities are doing current state analysis, doing a literature review, analyzing similar case studies that might reflect DPV's problem and data analysis.

Internship - Intern Business Analyst

Victoria Tourism Industry Council Entrepreneurship Challenge encouraged  applicants to propose an entrepreneurial, and a financially viable business concept to satisfy a current or future need in the Victoria's tourism economy. I applied to this challenge with the project which aimed to solve recruitment problem in the tourism industry.

In terms of my educational background, I have graduated from the Industrial Engineering of Osmangazi University with the honour degree, then had my master degree in Business Administration. I have worked in the Pharmaceutical, Construction industries since 2005.  
I started my career as a production planning specialist, then lately turned my attention more into business reengineering and IT implementation projects. As a member of the IT business analyst team of "Eczacıbaşı", which is one of the prominent pharmaceutical manufacturers in Turkey, I took part in the design, prototyping, testing, master data analysis, documentation, implementation and training processes of many IT implementation and roll out projects. I gained extensive experience on how foreign projects are managed. 
Beside my IT project experience, I managed the Business Process Reengineering project in 2017, which intends to redesign the Logistics, Foreign Trade, Production Planning, Production processes, from sales order processing step to invoicing.
I volunteered in a  social responsibility project in Autism Strong Family Association. Between 2015 and 2016, I took part in a donation event which aimed to develop an education system for special needs children. In this long term project, I  made sales in different events to collect the required amount.  It was worth such an enthusiastic and intense work, since we succeeded to provide art lessons for 50 children.
Lastly, I had my wonderful experience with Metro Trains Melbourne in collaboration with Paddl Co. Even thought it was a short journey, it gave me a bunch of opportunities of working with an innovative team from different backgrounds, brainstorming ideas, doing deep research and analysis, designing wire-frame and pitching the solution to Metro. 
Handling different projects has enriched my communication, time and conflict management skills which encourage me solving tough situations. As a personal motto, I believe in going beyond what is expected from me and put all my effort, motivation and energy into every job that I involve in.
