I was involved in a project under First Choice Team. This project’s main purpose was to monitor and improve labour effectiveness. The project was initiated by the idea of continuously improvement. Moreover, I got to rotate my role into DHL Air freight department. I was managing adhoc rates provided by the airlines and investigating any adhoc rates that were not matching the trans-audit rates.
