I'm a 20 year old, full-time business student at QUT, and a duty manager at the Coffee Club. I balance my work, study, and social life well along with extra creative activities that come along the side. 

I began as a waitress cleaning tables, then was promoted to Duty Manager at 19. I supervise all staff members on shift and have the responsibility for ordering and checking stock, training new staff, dealing directly with consumer complaints, and handing monetary procedures.
