I am an Industrial Engineer and Project Manager with a strong background in process improvement. For more than two years, I have been helping organisations to deliver a better experience to their clients by improving critical points in its service, optimising complex processes and systems. 

I have hands-on experience in conducting projects to enhance the expected outcome of internal and external clients by mapping, modelling and analysing processes from end to end. My greatest strength lies in my ability to work with the appropriate stakeholders to identify ongoing and potential risks that are impacting the company, proposing solutions that are aligned with the organisation strategy.
