I am an Industrial Engineer and Project Manager with a strong background in process improvement. For more than two years, I have been helping organisations to deliver a better experience to their clients by improving critical points in its service, optimising complex processes and systems. 

I have hands-on experience in conducting projects to enhance the expected outcome of internal and external clients by mapping, modelling and analysing processes from end to end.
