• Collecting and entering data to the new developed CRM system • Contributing to the effective delivery of the CRM project and business improvements by translating business needs, quantifying business impacts, implementation and contributing to integration activities • Helping to develop organisational change management, communications and training plans • Document and analyse 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business process models • Providing timely and accurate reporting to the Project Management team on the status of assigned activities • Ensuring data accuracy in reports and visualising data using PowerBI
