I have previously studied and worked as a Graphic Designer & Stock Controller but am looking to grow in the creative industry.

Completing my studies in an Intensive UX Design course and working as an in-house UX Designer, my focus is now to create intuitive user journeys with a strong visual impact. 

Using methodologies of human-centered design, I continue to create  improved consumer experiences and strategies that work for both the business and its audiences.

• Facilitating research and analysis of consumer habits to provide updated user personas for better consumer understanding within the organisation.

• Designing wireframes and prototypes with business and user requirements to produce an improved responsive website flow.

• Observing current company processes and identifying business pain points to refine service procedures and visual content.
