**Hi! My names Jess, I'm from England and I am an avid explorer and lover of sustainable development and business!**

I have recently completed my **Bsc Business degree at The University of Exeter**. I have undertaken business placements in marketing, administration, rebranding and business consulting for new and developing businesses in the South-West of England. Alongside my degree, I self-taught, self-funded to completion and passed the widely recognised **PRINCE2® project management qualification**. 

Alongside my studies, I have obtained **over 3 years’ experience** in different administrative roles in the tourism industry followed by further experience in other hospitality and retail industries and I am competent in a range of professional business environments with different operational responsibilities and customer facing aspects.

My University and past employment opportunities have enhanced my **organisational, communication and leadership skills** through the opportunity to manage teams and projects and work with different people at all levels.  Furthermore, these experiences have revealed a passion and enjoyment for problem-solving and analytical thinking with a **passion to progress a career within the HR industry** and begin to gain a deeper understanding of HR processes and procedures and gather hands on experience to eventually obtain an entry-level HR role supporting sustainable recruitment, compliance, organisational development and staff engagement.

** This August, I will be heading to Australia from England** on a subclass 417 Working Holiday Visa. I am hoping to undertake an **unpaid, voluntary internship** for a minimum of 8-10 weeks in a Human Resource based role.
