Hi, my name is Georgie. I discovered Paddl when I commenced my Post Graduate studies in Agricultural Science at the University of Melbourne. Through Paddl I applied and received the job as a Garden Hand at Sherdale Farm and remained active in the company through the completion of great experiences such as Paddl Games. Since the completion of my Post Graduate Studies, I have commenced a career in sustainable agricultural policy. I currently work for a non-governmental organisation called Global EverGreening Alliance as a program facilitator and work at Paddl. Personally, and professionally my interests lie within the environmental, agricultural, and health industry from a policy perspective but also the social and educational aspects of the industry in creating an increasingly sustainable future.  
I am fortunate enough to have personal experience working and volunteering in the agricultural, environmental and health industry. I have worked and volunteered on farms in both Canada and England in an effort to understand the social, political and economic realities of the agricultural and environmental industry outside of Australia. I have previously worked in the conservation industry in Mornington Peninsula and as a health and food adviser for families wishing to adopt more of an educated and sustainable diet/ lifestyle; and still play an active role in the education of sustainable diets and lifestyles in both production and consumption. 



GEA has brought leading research, technical and development organizations together to harness their collective energies and build on their shared vision to restore degraded land, and improve the sustainability, profitability and reliability of smallholder farming systems. The Alliance provides a collaborative platform to support and facilitate global large-scale environmental restoration.
