Main purpose: Provide some event management support on-campus leading up to the Paddl Games event.
Tasks: Collecting deliveries, preparing team stationery kits for Challenge day etc;
Help for the event bump-in: write out name tags, set-up tables, hang up posters, fold t-shirts, fill merch bags, etc.
Liaise with campus staff and Paddl staff for printing of documentation, storage of event kits.
