•	Designed a 6-month long mentoring program targeted to culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) students
•	Attracted 65+ mentors with over 260 mentees expressing interest to join

Monash Cultural and Lingual Appreciation Network (M-CLAN)

•	Leading, assisting and motivating a team of 40 volunteers (Department Heads and Officers) in performing their roles and responsibilities
•	Designed the conference theme focussing on priorities of the National Strategy for International Education 2025 and Victorian International Education Sector Strategy 2016
•	Coordinating with speakers, exhibitors, venue providers and other stakeholders

Pratik is a qualified Civil Engineer and a Law graduate with five years of experience in Construction Project and Contract Management.

Engineering knowledge allows Pratik to collaborate and work effectively with technical experts and designers and to understand all aspects of construction process. He has hands on experience of project control, management of contract and claims, estimation and reconciliation of engineering quantities, certification of bills and managing data in compliance with ISMS standards. He has also contributed to project delay analysis, risk analysis, procurement, budgeting and insurance compliance activities. A master’s degree in law equips him with the necessary knowledge and interpretation skills for efficient management of contracts.

Pratik is also passionate about supporting and nurturing emerging talent, to further which, he Co-Founded the Monash Cultural & Lingual Appreciation Network (M-CLAN) and Network for International Law Students (NILS) Australia. He was also the President of the Australian Federation of International Students (AFIS) and the Co-Convenor of Victorian International Student Conference (VISC) 2018. These roles give him an opportunity to engage with and benefit the student community by spreading awareness of issues as well as support services available.

•	End-to-end planning and coordination of workshops, events and seminars using Agile (Sprint) method
•	Enhancing experiential education within law faculty by organising events
•	Interacting and negotiating with academics, industry partners and stakeholders to design and run events targeted to boost employability
•	Liaising with student organisations to promote student engagement initiatives

•	Leading, assisting and motivating a culturally diverse team of 35 volunteers in their roles and responsibilities
•	Strategic planning to build relationships with private colleges, schools, community organisations
•	Representing AFIS on various fora and engaging with stakeholders and industry partners

Australian Federation of International Students Inc. (AFIS)

President

Undertook an internship with TradeLab, a Geneva based non-profit for the beneficiary Observatory for Sustainable Infrastructure.

Studied whether legislation governing Public-Private Partnerships in a sample of non-OECD countries in Sub-Saharan Africa aligns with the principles of effective governance set out in the Addis Ababa Action Agenda.

I was a part of the Project Management group and responsible for handling Civil, Structural & Architectural works package (amounting to AU$100 million) in a team of 3 people for 3 x 660 MW Koradi Thermal Power Station Expansion Project valued at AU$2 billion located at Nagpur, India
