As a user experience designer, my role is to shape products and services by combining research and analytical skills with creative solutions. I am a problem solver. I solve problems by creating user-friendly solutions which surprise and delight. Empathy is at the core of what I do and I have a natural curiosity. 

I am a practising artist with an extensive management background in the retail sector who is passionate about how people think and engage with the world around them.

I possess strong capabilities in the areas of design thinking, customer research, usability testing, data-driven insights and am committed to continuous improvement.
