Having my background in psychology, I am currently an International Graduate Merit Scholarship holder at the Melbourne Business School. Pursuing my master’s in management (Human Resources), I take a keen interest in managing, working and engaging with people. Having started to intern at the age of 18 as a Human Resources Trainee, helped me realize my passion for HR. Further working as a Business Analyst at Korn Ferry Hay Group, help me build agile and flexible leadership and provided a glimpse into the world of Human Capital Consulting. I want to devote my professional life to help businesses realize the potential of their people. Having studied in three countries and having been engaged in various group projects, I have experience with independent and team-based work and I see the value in both approaches. I thoroughly enjoy networking with people from varied backgrounds and apply critical and analytical skills in solving business problems. Thus, having a passion to learn and meet new people, I am constantly exploring opportunities that can challenge me both professionally and personally.
