I am a final year undergraduate student at the University of Melbourne, Australia, studying a Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology, with a concurrent Diploma of Languages in French. I have recently come back from a year-long exchange at the London School of Economics and I’ll be honest, I do miss London a little bit (Read: A lot). I am deeply passionate about my studies, specifically in anthropology, international development and social policy, and integrating anthropological methods of inquiry to policy issues and market research contexts. I also love a good glass of mulled wine and a good obscure horror movie from time to time.

Tutored 2-3 students at a time in Mathematics, English and VCE History, involving explaining complex and unfamiliar concepts through discussion, visual methods and open-ended questioning. Had to exercise high level time organisation and communication skills with parents, balancing tutoring responsibilities with education and club commitments and a part-time Leader role at Schnitz.

At one of the busiest Schnitz outlets in Melbourne, I was employed as a Team Leader. My role demanded a variety of responsibilities encompassing managing roster changes, liaising frequently with food and packaging suppliers to ensure our store was appropriately stocked, managing customer complaints and liaising with store management to discuss employee and sales performance

I was involved with the MU Martial Arts Academy, working to expand the online presence of the club on social media, promoting club events and workshops as well as functioning in a more general role, helping set up and manage workshops and events. In my marketing role, I regularly update the Facebook page, maintaining engagement with our members by uploading edited videos and pictures.
