I was one of few students chosen from thousands of applicants to participate in The University of Melbourne's Internship Program 2018. I worked for the Business Improvement Team using Human Centred Design to improve the internal strategies and processes of the University to achieve better student outcomes. My responsibilities included industry research, conducting interviews and running workshops.
