Master Degree - Master of Engineering (Electrical)

A current postgraduate student at the University of Melbourne studying a Master of Engineering (Electrical), looking to engage in exciting projects and connect with interesting people.

Having recently graduated from a Bachelor of Science (Neuroscience) at the University of Melbourne, I am deeply interested in complicated problems with solutions that relate directly to human health and well-being. At the completion of my current degree, I hope to apply the technical skill-set I have developed to grow the body of knowledge in the fields of health and medicine, and to develop innovative technologies.

In addition to my studies, I am working at the Melbourne Space Program as the Deputy Lead of the Professional Development Team. Currently, we are collaborating with industry to develop a training program for tertiary students, designed to complement their degree with practical project work. Having had little experience in operations departments, this has been a valuable experience in navigating ambiguous situations, and in taking projects from zero through to completion.

Currently, my personal goal is to become more comfortable with being in uncomfortable situations - as these experiences tend to be the most valuable. Through Paddl, I hope to get involved with challenging projects, connect with interesting people, and contribute my technical and problem-solving abilities.
