The tech partners will be more than willing to extend their coding hand. There may be some technical protocols or processes that I would need to know, and I will never find out if you never ask.  Beyond the technical assistance, I learned a lot by asking partners for insights on their own products and userbase. It’s just wise to learn from the experts themselves.
