The major project that was entrusted is the optimization of the existing production system. Firstly, I evaluated production bottlenecks and developed action plans to resolve it. Moving on, I created and communicated project reports to management to provide visibility and results for lean initiatives. Lastly, I provisioned maintenance programs for the lean initiatives.
