My task: Covering leads to enroll into universities education program. 
I was responsible for planning to execution of the strategies in order to provide counseling related to their career and how our institute could help them. I was planning, organising, staffing, directing and controlling the whole process on how to generate the lead to conversion of such leads.

I am Ishan Dhingra pursuing Masters of Applied Finance from Western Sydney University. I have recently moved in to Australia, I am getting myself acquainted with the environment and the working of the nation. Because of my strong command on subject of finance and economics, it has been easier to me to understand the fundamentals of the security market. 
Also my interest in day to day working of market has kept me updated about the economy of Australia. 
Lastly, I have an experience in the field of business development with organisations like Godfrey Phillip India. Where I have worked in high pressure situation to carve out creative results which have helped me understand the working of a group and leading them as well. 

"Hire and train" A platform where students were provided to attain education and diploma by studying 5 days a week and with in GPI, 2nd largest producer of tobacco (India) in marketing department. 
My role: Advertise the program to generate leads and interview candidates to shortlist and enroll them in program. A total of 400 candidates were interviewed by me for this campaign in Delhi, led by me.
