I am a full time worker who is studying online part time. I have had the privilege to work in an industry I love that has allowed me to explore a multitude of professional possibilities. I have always been eager to push myself to continually learn and grow. With my current roles I was inspired by the managers and leaders within my organization who could not only share a clear vision for our future but allowed opportunities for others to be part of a transformative culture. I have developed myself with this industry to take on new roles and challenges every day. This drive and passion made me decide to return to university to pursue my Business degree. I have had opportunities to create, lead and manage projects which I thoroughly enjoyed and now plan to use the skills gain though my ongoing education to help support my goals to become an effective manager and inspirational leader. I hope to one day take on a role where I have the opportunity to seek out and develop talent within an industry and share my knowledge with other just as my team has done with me.
