Hey there! I'm currently a Western Sydney University student studying a Bachelor of Industrial Design in my second year of study. I have a passion for learning new concepts and listening to other people explain ideas. My interests include:

I hope to develop my skills whilst studying in WSU and increase my product knowledge whilst working part time in JB Hi-Fi.

Tasks include: greeting and establishing a relationship with each customer to ensure they feel welcome and offering the service they need when buying a product. Customer service from the moment they walk in until they walk out is necessary. Opening and closing the store with general clean up and making sure the store is constantly kept to the high standard.
