Working for a mortgage broking company for home loans. I have multiple roles in the company. Primarily, I understand and document business processes for training purposes and to enhance productivity. I build tools to aid in information flow between teams. I have single-handedly built a web application that helps track application status, manage task allocations and generate work reports.
