My purpose was to establish a connection with potential customers and assist customers in their enquiries. The day-to-day work consisted of helping email and call questions, supervising the display homes,  maintaining a tidy workspace and connecting with customers to gain their details and establish a connection with them.

You never have a second chance to make a good first impression. The importance of establishing an interpersonal connection between the business and consumer is what I believe to be the most paramount goal as a marketer. Through the use of my sales experience in the housing market and knowledge gained through my journey of Western Sydney University, making a connection between the consumer and business is what I want to achieve. The managing component of my degree has taught the importance of what makes a good leader and the management of resources effectively. Going to Seoul, South Korea as a part of the New Colombo Plan was a life-changing experience and researching the importance of startups in Seoul and how their startup scene can be implemented into Australia was an important step for my development as I start my career.

In my personal life, I enjoy going out with friends and going to different functions and small gatherings. I'm involved in different groups in and out of University and planning to become involved in volunteering. My favourite pastime is playing videogames.
