I offer unique combination of expertise in quantitative research, financial analysis and communication skills. I have spent the past three years’ studying in the field of management and finance. As for now, I’m currently doing my master’s degree in Melbourne University. I am majoring in international business. I hope that I can apply what I learnt from university and apply it to real-life situations. I personally consider this as one way to give back to the community. 

I personally believe that my previous experience working a consulting case in BASF Germany has taught me the skills that I need to succeed in this role. In this consulting case, I worked with a team from diverse backgrounds and our team is given one week to complete. Our team worked hard to meet the client’s expectations and to complete the case given on time. In addition, the case is highly relevant to this position, since it is mainly about improving a company HR system and provide recommendations in order to make them a more attractive employer internally and externally. Hence, this will give me the upper hand when dealing with HR related issues that will be given to me in this role. On top of that, I am currently a consultant at 180 Degrees Consultant, since I am very much interested in creating social impact to the community. Training and mentoring programs are also provided in order to enhance my ability and skills. 

In addition, this position will help me to gain more experience and entrepreneurial skills which will be very beneficial for my future. This opportunity excites me, since I will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with many talented individuals, which will also help me grow as an individual and in terms of career progression. 

On a personal focus, I am a hard worker and fast learner who is organised and detail oriented in my tasks, completing them on time and to specification. Communication skills have always been my strong point with clear, strong and illuminating presentation. I am comfortable both on my own but I enjoyed being a part of a motivated, fast paced team and be challenged to learn things from each other.
