The challenge was to develop a logical structure and strategy to define a business problem using the strategic tools provided by Deloitte. The case relates to the inefficiency of a construction company due to lack of co-ordination in their IT system. I was an active participant in contributing to various factors in defining the problem.

• Set up the Accounting System of the firm using QuickBooks
• Assisted the CFO in framing contract and payment terms with the clients
• Liaised with clients and vendors for tracking and managing receivables and payables
• Performed General ledger postings and payment processes for all transactions in the firm

I am a Master of Management (Finance) student at the University of Melbourne. I am currently working as a Finance Administrator at Converge International, Melbourne. I have proven skills in using SAP, QuickBooks, Xero and MS Office. As a Finance professional, I aim to be part of a global organization and apply my acquired skills and knowledge through my education and extracurricular activities in the field of investment management and framing corporate financial policies. As a responsible individual, I also look forward to giving back to society especially by supporting and providing education to the underprivileged as I believe that it plays a significant role in eradicating poverty and changing social systems in the right manner. 

• Set up supplier accounts on SAP and maintained templates for invoicing
• Performed weekly invoice processing and reviewed approvals from line managers
• Generated payment reports and developed pivots for payments
• Maintained strong relationships with suppliers and customers
• Provided a comparative analysis of supplier accounts between EAP Executive and SAP and rectified the same
