I have accomplished my Bachelor of Business Administration from Chandigarh Business School of Administration. While completing my studies, I have balanced ongoing part-time work commitments with academic achievement, personal interest activities, and volunteering. I have been awarded by the President of the European Parliament while I was in Belgium under KA107 Grant which is a prestigious and fully funded scholarship awarded by the European Commission. I am a highly motivated student and have a particular interest in the startup lifecycle. I have launched my own social startup namely, SHE CARE (early breast detection device) and SEWAGE CARE (solving sewage-related blockage). SHE CARE has recently won an award from Curtin University.

The best attribute that describes me is ‘Solving Problems'. I have a strong interest in resolving real-life problems and believe in learning and innovation. I have worked on various projects, and during my time in Brussels, I worked on a project for Business Student Society on lean startup. I was awarded as the best team leader at the Business Student Society. I am working as a Research Assistant at Deakin University where I am conducting deep research into 2 unique project topics as directed by the professor. I have recently completed a marketing internship with the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

I have excelled in many competitions and projects. Some of the achievements are that I have represented my University at the National level and won first prize in the National Summit by the Council for Technical Education. On October 05, 2017, I was awarded a certificate from the President of the European Parliament (Headquarter). I was also selected from the government of South Korea to attend the Asia Student Summit in Seoul - South Korea.

•	Performed ongoing customer/market research and demographic profiling to identify and capitalize on unmet market need ahead of the curve.
•	Presenting a whole range of workshops and conversations between business and Whitehorse Group, enabling businesses to think about sustainability. 
•	Researching areas nearby to attract new businesses for Whitehorse Business Group Membership.

''SHE CARE'' a startup which is a social initiative for early detection of breast cancer among females with the help of device planned by our team. According to WHO 1 in 12 women are facing breast cancer, and only 50% chances of survival because of late detection.

Our team is working on the design of SHE CARE Device which will help the women's to know that the tumour exists or not? And if yes, then necessary steps can be taken to procure it.
This innovation does not create any pain or harmful radiation while the checkup takes places it is very convenient and effective. The accuracy rate of this device is much higher than other techniques and devices.
