Planning and interviewing 30 people including managers and above, summarizing the results and forming a research report.

I am a Post-graduate Accounting student at University of Melbourne.

First of all, I have strong academic performance, undergraduate and postgraduate grades are rank the top of the faculty, and I have won first-class scholarships many times, which means that I have the ability to learn quickly.In the learning and internship experience, when I encounter new challenges, I can use my own learning methods to effectively understand new knowledge and new tasks. If i am lucky enough to join new working environment, I will continue to maintain this advantage, continue to learn new skills, and work efficiently.

Second, I have good teamwork and independent thinking skills. During my internship at Deloitte's Sydney office, I was able to work closely with my teammates and made contribution by using independent thinking. I know the importance of these two abilities in Deloitte, so I want to better integrate into the good atmosphere of departmental cooperation in the future, and maintain independent thinking and critical thinking to contribute value to the team.

Finally, I have good communication skills due to the exercise of 3 internships and many team training sessions. 

Accumulate potential customer resources through company exhibitions and business evenings, and use Excel to build an investment profile with approximately 120 customers.

Providing real estate portfolio solutions for more than 20 Australian clients and assisting full-time investment consultants to complete a transaction worth 700,000 Australian dollars.
