About Aprille
My passion for design (interior and architecture) and wellbeing led to my current research interest in experiential graphic design for workplace wellbeing.
My current research work is multidisciplinary, merging design and technology to synthesise with health and wellbeing, particularly in the psychological aspects of workplace wellbeing.
With over ten years of experience in a multidisciplinary field (design, health and education), I have built a strong work ethic, collaborated with diverse people and believe that consistency and genuine effort are keys to my success.
I value teamwork— I believe building strong team spirits help build individuals' capabilities and bring out their unique strengths. I value fairness— Dedicated to my leadership and mentoring roles, I strive to ensure each team member has a voice. I believe their input and effort motivate them (as individuals) and help achieve our goals together.
As I love infographics, I create them and enjoy helping others organise complex information to visually digestible content. 😊 To me, I love the magic of 'graphically' communicating our ideas— I see that infographics convey more meaningful messages that show human empathy, increase social connection and certainly relieve our cognitive stress.
