About Isabella
I am currently completing her PhD with the University of Queensland, focusing on visitor landscape perception and implications for site interpretive practices for regional destinations and national parks. I have many years of experiences as an educator in higher education and vocational sectors. Subjects I have been involved in including but not limited to marketing distribution, consumer behaviour, visitor management, and facilitated many work-integrated industry projects. Prior to the PhD journey at UQ, I held various positions in the high-end hotel chains and business event industry. I am also serving on the executive committee of the Council for Australasian Tourism and Hospitality Education (CAUTHE).
When I'm not researching or teaching, you will find me hiking in various national parks, brunching, or sipping coffee with my ginger tabby cat. :)
