About Joanne
I am a Thought Leader in Business Strategy. In 2014 I launched a new business in the education space which by late 2016 had grown into a $30mil business.
This business was the first paperless education business in Australia utilising technology to master the heavy compliance aspect of the business and pass the yearly audit. The scaling strategy was to collaborate with 5 of my largest competitors filling a gap in their business and escalating her growth.
This was not an overnight success but the culmination of over 15 years in business during which time I built 10-plus businesses both successfully and on occasion failing. The learnings were immense to create person I am today.
I has navigated through over two decades of entrepreneurship and my drive is to educate the individual to create a pathway to their personal goals.
I believe, that education from the informal workshop to formal qualification is the foundation to career success and has been her focus throughout her entrepreneurial journey.
I have spent the last 40 years smashing through barriers in my own career, some due to my gender, my own imposter syndrome kicking in, or because others perceived that I wasn't good enough.
My ability to thrive in a complex and ever-changing industry has enabled me to build critical thinking skills that have served me well during both times of significant growth and challenge.
A lifelong learner, I continue to learn and adapt.
