About Pratik
Pratik is a qualified Civil Engineer and a Law graduate with five years of experience in Construction Project and Contract Management.
Engineering knowledge allows Pratik to collaborate and work effectively with technical experts and designers and to understand all aspects of construction process. He has hands on experience of project control, management of contract and claims, estimation and reconciliation of engineering quantities, certification of bills and managing data in compliance with ISMS standards. He has also contributed to project delay analysis, risk analysis, procurement, budgeting and insurance compliance activities. A master’s degree in law equips him with the necessary knowledge and interpretation skills for efficient management of contracts.
Pratik is also passionate about supporting and nurturing emerging talent, to further which, he Co-Founded the Monash Cultural & Lingual Appreciation Network (M-CLAN) and Network for International Law Students (NILS) Australia. He was also the President of the Australian Federation of International Students (AFIS) and the Co-Convenor of Victorian International Student Conference (VISC) 2018. These roles give him an opportunity to engage with and benefit the student community by spreading awareness of issues as well as support services available.
