Sherdale Farm is located at Shoreham on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria Australia. While we don't have organic certification all our management practices are based on biodynamic and organic principles. Black Angus cattle, chooks, olives, fruit trees and vegetables share our precious 16 acres with 1 acre of Pinot Noir grapes. Sherdale Vineyard has been a labour of love producing its first vintage in 2016. We hold our breath waiting for it to leave the French oak barrels it sleeps in to settle in the bottle ready for drinking some months later. Pinot Noir Verjuice has been produced this year from the near ripe grape drop necessary to encourage a premium wine. We are passionate about all we do and love others who share a love of food and wine.
