With over a decade in the hospitality industry, I’ve mastered the skills required to perform and manage various areas of operations from high-level front service, skilled bartending, kitchen structure and leadership, and venue management to strategic operational management and consulting. In the past five years, I’ve also navigated the tech startup world, gaining extensive knowledge and expertise across customer success strategies, strategic partnerships, product management, and business operations.
My journey from hospitality to tech, with an ongoing passion for simplifying tedious processes, has given me a unique perspective on the industry. This led to the creation of VenueLog, a platform designed to simplify and automate hospitality operations.
